EFFECTIVE July 16, 2020, at Midnight
Per the Governors Directive D2020 138, a mask must be worn inside our clinic at all times if you are over the age of eleven (11) years old. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask please inform a Patient Service Representative upon arrival. Please click on the following link for masks guidelines. https://covid19.colorado.gov/mask-guidance
We want to reassure patients that our office always practices and maintains appropriate EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant protocols. Our practice has designed social distancing safeguards recommended by the CDC to reduce or eliminate exposure. Our clinical team will take further steps to increase their environmental infection controls to our already rigorous protocols.
To help with social distancing, please only bring someone if you are a minor, need physical assistance, or an interpreter. Additionally, please wear a face-covering to your appointment and reschedule if you have traveled outside of Colorado, shortness of breath, fever, cough, or any other flu-like symptoms. All patients and team members will have their temperature daily.
Our providers can offer telemedicine visits to those in a higher risk category, or have an urgent condition but are unable to have a face to face visit. Please call 719-574-0310 to schedule your appointment.
Our practice will continue to adjust and follow to ensure the safety of all Coloradans per the CDC and State guidelines. We encourage our patients to follow the state of Colorado at https://www.colorado.gov/, https://covid19.colorado.gov/mask-guidance, and the CDC at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/ for regulations and updates.
Please feel free to contact us if we can assist you or your family in any way.
Stay Healthy. Stay Safe.
