EFFECTIVE November 27th at 5 pm
El Paso County is in the Red Phase as of November 27, 2020. To help reduce the risk of exposure for our patients, the team will have patients use their vehicles as their private waiting room until we are ready to take you to the exam room. Please call our office at 719-574-0310 extension 5 and let the Patient Service Representative know when you arrive. She will virtually check you in and let the nursing team know you are here. We will call and let you know when you enter the building for your visit. If you cannot wait inside your car, please inform the Patient Service Representative we will make accommodations for you. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/hcp/guidance-hcf.html for additional guidelines.
Per the Governor's Directive, a mask must be worn inside our clinic at all times if you are over the age of eleven (11) years old. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, please inform a Patient Service Representative upon arrival. Please click on the following link for mask guidelines. https://covid19.colorado.gov/mask-guidance
We want to reassure patients that our office always practices and maintains appropriate EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant protocols. Our practice has designed social distancing safeguards recommended by the CDC to reduce or eliminate exposure. Our clinical team will take further steps to increase their environmental infection controls to our already rigorous protocols.
Please only bring someone if you are a minor, need physical assistance, or an interpreter to help with social distancing. Additionally, please wear a face-covering to your appointment and reschedule if you have recently traveled, shortness of breath, fever, cough, muscle aches, intestinal issues, loss of sense of smell, or any other flu-like symptoms. All patients and team members will have their temperature daily and pre-screened for COVID-19 symptoms.
Our providers can offer telemedicine visits to those in a higher risk category or have an urgent condition but cannot have a face to face visit. Please call 719-574-0310 extension 5 to schedule your appointment.
Our practice will continue to adjust and follow to ensure all Coloradans' safety per the CDC and State guidelines. We encourage our patients to follow the state of Colorado at https://www.colorado.gov/, https://covid19.colorado.gov/mask-guidance, and the CDC at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/ for regulations and updates.
Please feel free to contact us if we can assist you or your family in any way.
Stay Healthy. Stay Safe.
